Senior Final Exam Exemptions
Seniors:

*** EXEMPTION FORMS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, MAY 9TH AT 4:00 PM. ***

Seniors - You may choose to exempt any final exam in the spring semester in which you are earning an “A” in the course at the time of the exam.  If your grade falls below an "A" before the time of the exam, you will be expected to take the final on the day of the exam.

Advanced Placement (AP) courses use the following procedure:
*  A student will be exempt from final exams in all AP courses in which he/she takes the AP exam and is earning at least a “B” in the respective AP class at the time of the final.

If you qualify for a final exam exemption and choose not to come to school, your attendance will reflect an absence for that class period.  If you are an A+ program participant, your attendance status will be impacted.  You do have the option of attending school and reporting to your classes in order to maintain your attendance status.

*** ALL CLASSROOM BOOKS/MATERIALS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE TEACHER AT THE END OF YOUR LAST CLASS.  IN ADDITION, YOU MUST TURN IN YOUR COMPLETED SENIOR RELEASE FORM TO BE ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND GRADUATION PRACTICE ON FRIDAY, MAY 17TH.  THIS INCLUDES COMPLETING THE SENIOR EXIT SURVEY - THE LINK CAN BE FOUND IN YOUR ROCKWOOD E-MAIL ACCOUNT.
