    Wild Horse Elementary needs MORE THAN **100** parent and family volunteers to ensure our fun, school events, fundraisers, classroom parties, field trips, and MORE go off without a hitch!

    DONUTS WITH DAD & MUFFINS WITH MOM 

    {OR SPECIAL SOMEONE}

    Fall {Donuts...} moms needed to help and Spring {Muffins...} dads are needed to help! Help plan and work the before-school breakfasts honoring the special men {Donuts} and women {Muffins} in our children’s lives.  

    MOVIE NIGHT

    A family night at Wild Horse which includes fun for families and movie viewing!  Help with planning, set up or tear down.   

    TRUNK OR TREAT

    Ghost, clowns & candy galore!  Help plan this festive event or assist with set up, event traffic flow or clean up.   

    CARNIVAL

    This is an exciting night for the families at Wild Horse.  Sign up to help plan and/or volunteer the night of our fun-filled Carnival family evening!   

    SCHOLASTICS BOOK FAIRS

    Book Fair proceeds directly support our school library.  Sign up for a shift to help shoppers find books, stock shelves, assist with the check-out line and/or set up and tear down the fair.  

    STAFF APPRECIATION COMMITTEE

    Help show our WHE staff just how much we appreciate them!  This committee organizes staff dinners on conference nights, leads the staff cookie exchange and supports a week of surprises during Staff Appreciation Week in May.  

    VETERAN’S DAY

    Volunteers needed to plan and work this meaningful event where WHE honors the Veterans in our family’s lives.

    HOLIDAY GIFT-GIVING

    Help organize the annual holiday gift-giving initiative.  This initiative provides an opportunity for students and parents to purchase items for families to help make their holiday even more special! 

    BINGO NIGHT

    Join in one of our most anticipated family nights at WHE!  Help plan, organize ticket sales, set up or tear down.

    VARIETY SHOW

    Get ready to see our WHE students and teachers show their talents in our annual Variety Show.  Volunteers needed to lead the effort and staff this theatrical extravaganza the week of the event.

    PARENT FUNDRAISER

    Each year we hold a parent fundraiser which includes a night of fun for the parents of the school and a chance to raise additional funds through a silent and live auction.  A committee is needed to lead this initiative.  

    FIELD DAY

    Our end-of-year school day celebration!  Volunteers needed to plan games and activities and work this fun event! 

    SCHOOL BEAUTIFICATION

    Sign up to keep WHE looking great!    Volunteers will assist with seasonal displays, bulletin boards and landscaping.

    BOXTOPS

    Sign up to market this program & to collect, count & submit Box Tops.  Proceeds go towards WHE educational programs. 

    COPY ROOM COMMITTEE

    Volunteers are needed to assist with copy room support.  Volunteer shifts occur during weekday mornings.   

    YEARBOOK

    Chairs help collect pictures and create the yearbook!   Yearbook photographers are also needed by grade.

    NEW FAMILY WELCOME COMMITTEE

    Be a part of a committee that gets involved in welcoming our new families to Wild Horse.  

    GRADE LEVEL CHAIRS

    Grade Level Chairs partner with the teachers to set up and recruit parents to support grade-level parties and needs, build community within the grade and act as a PTO resource to parents.
