Infinite Campus is a web-based system that is more powerful than a traditional Student Information System. Information available to parents/guardians via the Portal includes:

• Certain demographic information
• A family calendar that displays attendance events and assignments due for all students in the household (note: assignments for grade 6-12 students only)
• An individual student calendar for each student in the household
• A schedule of classes for each student in the household
• Assignments and grades for each student (grades 6-12)
• Attendance by term/quarter and period for the year
• Health immunization record
• Reports (pdf format)

Parents and secondary students both may access the Infinite Campus Portal.

All parents and guardians with students in Rockwood can request a parent Portal account by following these instructions:

Parents will need an Activation Key to establish a Campus account for system access. The first step in the process is to enroll your child through either the Online Enrollment Application or complete a paper enrollment application at your student’s school office. Once your enrollment has been processed, you will be provided with an Infinite Campus Portal Activation Key. You will need to enter your key on the Infinite Campus Portal Activation page.

All grade 6-12 students have a Campus account. Login information is available to students via their school (front office staff or their teachers).

Students will use the same User Name and Password they use when signing into a Windows computer on the Rockwood network to sign in to their Infinite Campus account.

Parents use the User Name and Password established when they completed the application to create a parent account on Infinite Campus. If parents have multiple students, they can view all of their children through this one login.

If parents are using their child’s Infinite Campus login, they will need to obtain their own Infinite Campus account. To obtain an Infinite Campus account for parent use, please follow these instructions:

Information stored on the system is encrypted and uses a high-level of internet security to safeguard system data, similar to systems used by banks and other institutions that do business on line. Campus access requires a User Name and Password, and strong password syntax is enforced.
