Rockwood Early Childhood uses the Developmental Indicators for the Assessment of Learning (DIAL-4) to assess across domains: motor, concepts, and language. The screening takes approximately 60-90 minutes and will include a vision/hearing assessment by a registered nurse.

This screening is appropriate for ages three (3) years to Pre-Kindergarten. Kindergarten-eligible students (age 5 by July 31 of that year) will have the option for screening once enrolled in January.
