BablerWiLD
-
BablerWiLD is a science and nature-based day camp located in Babler State Park offering many opportunities for children in grades pre-K through sixth grade. Whether you are looking for something to fit into a busy summer schedule, enjoy exploring the outdoors, or are looking for a great way to meet new friends, BablerWiLD has something for everyone!
BablerWiLD Staff
Our BablerWiLD Camp Staff have a heart for working with kids and includes a mix of returning counselors as well as counselors new to BablerWiLD. They teach kids, tell jokes, fix scrapes, scare the bugs away, give hugs and make sure campers have an experience they will never forget! Our entire camp staff, from counselors to cooks, is employed by the Rockwood School District, participate in background checks and are committed to providing campers with a safe and healthy experience. The staff to camper ratio is 1:8 or less. Camp staff are trained in accordance with American Camp Association standards.
American Camp Association Accreditation
ACA Accreditation serves as an assurance to families that we care enough to submit to a transparent, thorough review of our entire operation. Our goal is to provide parents with as much information about our camp, to reassure your choice in a camp. Our voluntary participation in the professional development and accreditation process of the American Camp Association demonstrates our commitment to providing you and your child with the best possible camp experience. For more information about ACA Accreditation, contact us or visit the American Camp Association website at www.ACACamps.org.
