Hours

Salary and Benefits

Pay ranges from $14-$15.50 per hour ($1/hour bonus for staff working AM and PM sessions 5 days per week) and includes sick pay, personal days, and potential childcare benefits.

Positions are available across both the Parkway and Rockwood School Districts in Eureka, Fenton, Wildwood, Ellisville, Chesterfield, Ballwin, and Creve Coeur.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, good communication skills, ability to work with a diverse team, and knowledge of child development, and two years’ experience working with children in a similar setting. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities, demonstrate ability to supervise staff and implement policies and procedures at the site, demonstrate ability to assume responsibility, respect confidentiality and demonstrate patience and compassion with school-age children.

Assist Site Facilitator with developing a safe and caring environment for out of school time program along with coordinating and supervising the activities of children.

We are currently seeking part-time candidates to work directly with students before and after school. The Activity Aide position is a good fit for someone without a high school diploma to gain experience working with children.

Hours

Typical part-time hours are working one to five days, Monday through Friday with a 6/7:00 AM start time until 8/9:00 AM end time and/or 2:30/3:30 PM start time until 5/6:00 PM end time.

Salary is $11.15 per hour.
