We are having another Health Fair in 2026! Mark your calendars for August 21st at Eureka High School.
Rockwood's annual health fair will be held on Friday, Aug. 21, from 12:30-5 p.m., at Eureka High.
Several vendors will be present as well as healthcare professionals and experts from St. Clare Hospital. If you have a meaningful conversation with at least five vendors, and receive five raffle tickets, you can receive an Amazon gift card as well as enter the drawing for the grand prizes. The health fair will also feature sandwiches and snacks (while they last).
If you haven't completed your mammogram yet this plan year, you can complete that at St. Clare Hospital if you email pam.verilli@ssmhealth.com or call 314-503-4849.
Biometric screenings are available again this year. Please sign up by following the directions below. Remember, you are allowed one biometric screening per plan year (Nov. 1-Oct. 31).
Registrations for biometric screenings aren't open yet. We will update this in June to let you know when registration opens. To sign up for a biometric screening, log in to My.QuestForHealth.com. If you have logged in before, just enter your username and password on the home page. If you have not logged in before, use RSDMO2026 as the registration key. If you have any problems registering, call 1-855-623-9355. If the appointments fill up and you want to be added to the waitlist, send Lisa Livingston an email at livingstonlisa@rsdmo.org with your phone number and you will be put on the waitlist.
OPEN ENROLLMENT for the 2026-27 plan year will be
August 26, 2026 - September 10, 2026 for retirees.

Your benefits Open Enrollment Period starts Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2026, at 8 a.m. and runs through Thursday, Sept. 10, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. This is your once-a-year chance to make changes to your benefits without having a qualified life event (married, had a baby, etc). Rockwood does not require you to log in each year if you do not want to make any changes to your benefits.
You have two ways to make changes to your benefits during Open Enrollment.
1) Log in to Selerix, our online Benefit Enrollment tool.
Your username is your 9 digit social security number. Your PIN is the last 4 digits of your social security number plus the last 2 digits of your birth year. You will immediately be prompted to change your password. Rockwood doesn't know your password so if you lose it, email us and we can reset it for you.
Click on the benefits you want to change. You will know you are finished when you get to the page that says you can print a coverage summary.
2) Complete the Retiree Enrollment Form at the back of your Retiree Benefit Guide (you can see a copy by clicking on the Benefit Guides and Helpful Videos link on the right.) Tear it out, mark on the form what you want your benefits to be and send in to us at the address listed on the back page of the form.
The changes you make to your benefits during Open Enrollment become effective Nov. 1, 2026.
If you are adding your children to your plan, we will require a copy of their birth certificates. Your children can be on your plan until the end of the month they turn 26. If you are adding your spouse to your plan, we will require a copy of your marriage license and a completed Spousal Affidavit. Rockwood will allow your spouse to be on your plan as long as they don't have an offer of insurance through their employer.
Retirees are billed for coverage on the 7th of every month. If the 7th falls on a weekend or holiday, your premium will come out of your account on the next business day. This is completed through electronic funds transfer from your bank account.
Making Changes

Please note, if you have an HSA, you must make any name changes directly by completing this form and returning it to the address on the form. HSA Name Change Request Form
The retirement system (PSRS/PEERS) must be updated separately as well. You can visit their website or call them at 1-573-634-5290.
If you have enrolled in the Anthem Medicare Advantage plan, please contact them directly to update your information. Their number is 1-833-848-8730.
