Delta Dental has a unique two-tiered system of participating providers: Delta Dental PPO and Delta Dental Premier. These networks are critical in the delivery of quality care while maximizing cost savings for you and Rockwood School District.

Miscellaneous
Make sure you understand that if you choose an out of network provider, when looking at the Delta Dental Benefit Summary, below under Downloads, that where it says Delta Dental will cover 100% of preventative services or 80% of basic services, etc. That means Delta Dental will cover 100% of the cost of what an in-network dentist would have charged you. The out-of-network dentist does not have to charge you the lower fee that an in-network dentist would charge you.
