*Please note that if you participate in the Cigna incentive program AND in the district flu shot clinics, there will be a delay in redeeming flu shot incentives due to the health care plan year ending on October 31st. Those who get flu shots in September or October will see their incentives on MotivateMe at myCigna.com approximately 6 weeks later, with the ability to redeem the incentive in January.

For retirees who have Cigna - you can earn a $50 gift card through your Cigna wellness incentives when you complete the biometric screening (you must also complete your physical and the online health assessment found on Cigna). 

Visit a Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Center to complete you Biometric Screening*

1. Schedule your screening at Quest.
2. For first time registration on the site, please use the Rockwood Key - RSDMO2025 to create your account
3. Locate a Quest site that is convenient for you
4. Choose your date and time

Screenings completed at a Quest Patient Service Center do not require you to complete a form. Your values will be submitted automatically from Quest to Cigna Healthcare on your behalf.

Whether you have cancer – or are a cancer survivor – you can get one-on-one support with the Cigna Cancer Support Program. From understanding your diagnosis to discussing your health care provider's treatment to celebrating your survivorship, we’re here to support you and your family throughout your journey. The Cigna Cancer Support Program is part of your health plan and is offered at no extra cost to you. The specialists who help customers in this program have experience as oncology nurses.

The Y and the LIVESTRONG Foundation have joined together to create LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA, a research-based program that provides support and guidance to help adult cancer survivors rebuild and gain strength. 

This 12-week program for adult cancer survivors meets twice a week. The YMCA wellness coaches are trained in the elements of cancer, post rehab exercise, and supportive cancer care.

Guidelines for Patients : Expert information presented in plain language with visuals, charts, and definitions to empower people with cancer and caregivers to talk with their clinicians about the best treatment options. This library of free resources is made possible through support from the NCCN Foundation^®.

Patient Webinars : NCCN provides free webinars for people affected by cancer and caregivers. These live informational programs are created in conjunction with NCCN Guidelines for Patients^® and supported by the NCCN Foundation and generous donors. The webinars are also recorded and posted for anyone to view afterward.
