Ingredients for cheat pasta
1 head of cabbage – Yes and you’ll love it!
Avocado oil
Seasonings of your choice
High protein alfredo sauce ingredients
16 oz Full fat cottage cheese
½ C softened butter
1 C parmesan cheese
1 T milk
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt & pepper
Extra Protein - optional
1 boneless skinless chicken breast
Instructions
Cut cabbage head in half, then cut side down, cut long ways to make thin strips. Drizzle with oil and all seasonings. Give it a good massage with your hands. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet and bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
While that’s cooking, make the sauce. In a blender, mix the cottage cheese, butter, parmesan cheese, milk and seasonings (same as above). If it’s difficult to blend, just add a dash of milk at a time until you get the consistency you like.
Cut up chicken into cubes and saute’ in oil. Season with love. After your chicken has browned, pour sauce in and heat thoroughly.
Plate your cabbage noodles and add chicken alfredo sauce. Enjoy!
