Find or Fill Substitutes

Rockwood uses a tool called WillSub, which is an automated service that greatly simplifies and streamlines the process of recording and managing absences and finding substitutes. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be accessed via internet and WillSub mobile app.

WillSub gives you options for entering absences, reviewing past absences and requesting substitutes.

Your user ID and your PIN is provided by WillSub and will be emailed to you from the HR Substitute Office. If you have forgotten your UserID or PIN, please contact Lisa Gardner at 636-733-2044 in Human Resources.
