REAL Academy: Partnership with Preferred Family Heathcare
The REAL Academy (Recovery Enhanced Alternative for Learning) is a recovery-focused school for students in grades 7-12 who are committed to achieving academic success while addressing substance use and other high-risk behaviors. Operated by Preferred Family Healthcare, the program integrates credit-bearing coursework with individualized treatment services, including counseling, relapse prevention, life skills development, and wellness education, in a safe and supportive environment. Through a restorative practices approach, family engagement, and a structured daily schedule, REAL Academy empowers students to build resilience, repair relationships, and prepare for a healthy, productive future.
