My Ride K12 Notifications
To make the most of My Ride K-12, please ensure that notifications are enabled on your device when you first install the app!My Ride K-12, our new bus transportation app, is designed to enhance your experience by providing real-time tracking of your child's bus. With this app, you'll receive timely notifications about bus statuses, including delays and arrival times, helping you stay informed and plan accordingly.
This will allow you to receive important updates about your child's bus in real time. Below, we’ve provided instructions for turning on notifications for both iOS and Android devices, should you have opted out of notifications during the installation.
Enabling Notifications in My Ride K12
Apple iOS Devices
- Open the Settings app.
- Scroll down and select My Ride K-12.
- Tap Notifications.
- Toggle the switch to enable notifications.
- Choose your preferred alert style, sounds, and badge options.
Google Android Devices
- Open the Settings app.
- Select Apps or Applications.
- Find and tap on My Ride K-12.
- Tap Notifications.
- Toggle the switch to enable notifications.
- Adjust your notification settings according to your preference.
