Check out the Student Guide to College Planning from SCOIR:
The College Planning Timelines below will help you get a sense of the things you should be doing to prepare for college. Keep in mind, not everything is applicable to every student and the lists do not necessarily include every single step. This is a starting point for you, a way to start thinking about what is to come and how to prepare.
Making Appointments With Your College Counselor
- Students can email or call the College Center Administrative Assistant, Mrs. Akin, at email@example.com or 636-891-6026 to schedule appointments with their College and Career Counselor. Parents/Guardians are welcome to attend the meeting via phone or Zoom. Please indicate intended parent/guardian participation when scheduling your appointment.
- Students whose last name begins with A-K will meet with Ms. Torgoley and students whose last name begins with L-Z will meet with Ms. Ake.
- NO SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS! Because of the volume of the students we meet with, and so we can better manage our workload, we do not take same-day appointments. Plan accordingly!
