Military-Connected Families
Welcome to the Rockwood School District! We welcome the opportunity to support military students and their families. We serve approximately 19,400 students and, on average, 30-40 students enlist in the military after graduation and accept an ROTC scholarship or a military academy appointment.
The Rockwood School District is committed to and supportive of its military-connected students and families by recognizing that frequent moves, family separations through deployments and reintegration present unique challenges to military children and families. Our administration, faculty, staff and students recognize and express our gratitude to the men, women and families who make sacrifices to serve in the United States Armed Forces. We are committed to supporting military families by offering a meaningful, challenging education, quality character education, social-emotional support and a welcoming school community.
In Rockwood, We do whatever it takes to ensure all students realize their potential. We are committed to the school district's longstanding tradition of serving the military students whose families serve our great country.
