Welcome from Early Childhood, David Herod, Director of Early Childhood
- 3 centers, 7 locations, feed 19 elementary schools
- 900 kids per year with a “play to learn” philosophy
Stephanie Kane - Parents as Teachers Supervisor
- PTO Parents likely to already be involved
- 1800 children enrolled, only 24%
- PTO as ambassadors
- Open to kids from expecting to KG
- Free screening

- 85% of budget goes to staff salaries
- Offer is on the table, specifics not shared

- Recommendation to BOE to continue ad campaign for hiring

- Vote to approve PF May meeting funds raised to be distributed to Rockwood Title 1 schools
