RNEA negotiations
- 85% of budget goes to staff salaries
- Offer is on the table, specifics not shared
- Social media a disservice to both sides
- Potential tax increase for salaries. None since 1994
Flooding
- EHS science building 18”above ground
- Fields built to handle
- Lost 300 parking spots
LHS Softball and Volleyball State champs, EHS XC state champs
- Recognized at Football halftime
Veteran’s Day across Rockwood
- Top 3 favorite day
Strategic goal plans
- Nurture learning, fiscal responsibility, highly qualified staff, safe schools
  - Swatting incident at CES 10/25.
  - Same thing at 4 MO districts
  - Evacuated and addressed as serious
Emerson Excellence in Teaching awards
Recommendation to BOE to continue ad campaign for hiring
Dignity and Belonging
- Pilot of 6 has grown to all schools
CMS students raised money for 2nd Chance Ranch

- Vendor fair money for title 1 schools
Reminder that a PTO is a small business
Budget balanced after distribution
Vote to approve PF May meeting funds raised to be distributed to Rockwood Title 1 schools
- Motion by Chris Alexander to approve distribution
- Second by Karen McBride
- Unanimously approved
- Motion passed
