Rockwood Community Connectors is a nine-month program to provide district patrons with a behind-the-scenes look at how the district operates. Participants will have an in-depth look at the resources, people and planning it takes to operate one of the largest school districts in the state.

Here are the eligibility requirements to become a Community Connector:

  • Rockwood Community Connectors has a target class size of 25 to 30 participants.
  • Program participants must be 18 or older and live or work within the Rockwood attendance area. Current full-time Rockwood employees and students are not eligible.
  • All participants will be screened against the National Sex Offender List.
  • To graduate from the Rockwood Community Connectors program, a participant may only miss two class sessions. Please review the tentative dates prior to submitting your application!
  • Rockwood Community Connectors is an equal opportunity program and does not discriminate against applicants based on disability, age, race, religion or gender. The selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant without cause.
