It seems like everyone is saying it, but do we really know what it is, how to recognize it, how to manage it? In this session, you will gain a firm foundation about what stress and anxiety are, especially as it relates to your brain and body. We will review ways in which to manage it and identify when it might be time to seek assistance. There will be a question an answer period after the workshop.
