Summer Academy

Rockwood offers summer learning opportunties for all grade levels. During the 4-week session, elementary and middle school students reinforce skills they learned during the previous school year. At the high school level, students can recover credit or earn first-time credit in a select number of courses. 

Summer Academy 2025 will take place from June 2-June 27, 2025. School is not in session on June 19 to observe the Juneteenth holiday. Students are expected to attend the full four week session if they enroll. 

Summer Academy Sites 

Elementary Sites: Babler Elementary, Blevins Elementary, Bowles Elementary and Westridge Elementary

Middle School Sites: Selvidge Middle School and Eureka High School (Rockwood South students attend at this site)

High School Sites: Eureka High School (Rockwood Summit students attend at this site) and Marquette High School (Lafayette students attend at this site).
