COVID-19

At this time, we are remaining available to assist our students.  We will be monitoring our e-mails throughout the work day. Although we can talk with you via phone or Zoom, e-mail is probably the best way to make initial contact with us.  We can then set up a time to talk or video conference with you.  We will also have Office Hours.  "Office Hours” are times when we can be accessible immediately, keeping in mind that we may be on the phone or in a Zoom meeting with someone else.

Office Hours

Mrs. Spyers: 11:00 am--1:00 pm; 2:00--4:00 pm

Mr. Goninan: 9:00am--11:00am; 1:00pm--3:00pm

Making appointments with your College Counselor

  • WHERE WE ARE LOCATED  We are a part of the guidance office, which is located on the second floor of the academic building, room 260.  Enter the guidance office and check-in with one of the guidance secretaries.
  • MAKING AN APPOINTMENT  Students can stop by the College Center anytime during, before or after the school day to make an appointment with their College Specialist. Students can also email their College Specialist directly to set up a meeting. Students whose last name begins with A-K will meet with Mrs. Spyers, and students whose last name begins with L-Z will meet with Mr. Goninan. Students will be given a pass to show their teacher on the day of the appointment.
  • NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS Because of the volume of the students we meet with and so we can better manage our workload, we do not take same-day appointments. Plan accordingly!
