Do you know a Rockwood teacher, staff member, administrator, parent volunteer or community member who deserves to be celebrated? Nominations for the ROSE Award are being accepted through Thursday, Jan. 28.
The ROSE Award is presented to 15 individuals each year who show excellence of character, performance, leadership and service to the Rockwood School District.
"Rockwood is home to so many committed staff members and volunteers who continually go above and beyond, in big and small ways, to make our district the amazing place it is," said ROSE co-chair and PTO Presidents' Forum secretary Christy Pitney. "I love how this program brings our school community together to celebrate these incredible people and their many contributions to our district."
The nomination form is online and simple to complete. Just click on the link below to get started.

Once all the nominations are received, the Selection Committee will start reading nominations. Nominees will be notified in February, and the committee chairs will surprise each of the 15 award recipients with balloons and roses in early March. These individuals will be recognized at the 32nd ROSE Awards Ceremony and Dinner on Sunday, May 2, at the Doubletree Hotel St. Louis in Chesterfield.
Thank you in advance for taking time to recognize excellence in Rockwood!
