Even during the summer months, Rockwood School District officials are focusing on the social-emotional health of our young people, in addition to their academic futures and well-being.
"Our students still have access to staff members who care about them," said Rockwood Superintendent Dr. Mark Miles. "Every one of our staff members has a vested interest in the contentment and development of our students."
Rockwood Director of Student Services Dr. Terry Harris discussed the many resources available to students and their families during these trying times.
"Staff members can put students in contact with mental health services, additional counseling, crisis intervention or just someone to talk to," said Harris.
Some of the resources available to Rockwood students and their families include:
--Behavorial Health Response local 24-hour support line: 314-469-6644
