Board of Education Approves Hire of Britney Halpin as Coordinator of Human Resources for Support Staff

The Rockwood Board of Education has approved the hiring of Britney Halpin as the new coordinator of human resources for support staff, beginning July 1. She replaces Stacy Neely, who is retiring at the end of the school year.

Halpin is currently serving as the assistant director of talent acquisition at Deployed Services, a position she has held for the past three years. Prior to that, she served as the company’s talent acquisition manager for a year. Halpin has an additional 14 years’ experience as a recruiter for companies that include Medical Transportation Management, Edward Jones and Netelligent Corporation.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communication and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University.

“I am extremely excited to become Rockwood’s newest HR coordinator for support staff,” said Halpin. “I am grateful for the opportunity to grow, contribute and drive success together!”

Halpin lives with her husband and two daughters in Wildwood.
