Find Your Future at the 2026 Rockwood/Parkway Regional College Fair!

Representatives from more than 90 institutions of higher learning, military/ROTC branches and trade schools will be in attendance at this year’s Rockwood/Parkway Regional College Fair, which takes place from 6-7:30 p.m. on Monday, April 20, at the Greensfelder Rec Complex at Queeny Park (550 Weidman Rd., Ballwin).

Students need to register for the fair via StriveScan, which allows them to receive a barcode. Colleges will scan this barcode to receive basic information about the student (such as name, address and email), which allows them to send future correspondence to the student via mail and email regarding scholarships, programs, visit opportunities and more.

After the fair, students will receive an email with the contact information for each college that scanned their barcode.

Students can consult the list of organizations that will be in attendance prior to the fair so that they can have a game plan going in.

The event normally draws between 350 and 500 students and families and is open to any student in the St. Louis area.

For more information about the Rockwood/Parkway Regional College Fair and other upcoming opportunities, students can visit the College and Career Center pages on their school websites:

Here are some tips from our school counselors for students looking to get the most out of their fair experience:

  • Look at the list of attendees ahead of time to figure out which colleges you'd like to speak to.
  • Spend your time talking to schools that you don't know much about initially or that may be harder to make an initial visit.
  • Keep in mind there will be hundreds of families that would like to speak to these colleges as well, so please keep conversations short. You can always follow up with them later.
  • No college is making an admission decision based on your interaction with them at the fair. You don't need to feel pressure to impress.
  • Come to the fair early to beat the lines!
