More than 40 Rockwood Ensembles Earn Top Ratings at Large-Group Music Festivals
A total of 42 music ensembles from all 10 Rockwood School District middle and high schools recently earned top ratings at large-group music festivals.
The ensembles cover a variety of musical disciplines in band, orchestra and choir. Middle school groups who earned top marks received a "Superior" rating. Top marks for the high school groups were denoted byan "Exemplary" rating.

Phones are ringing across the Rockwood School District as a brief survey has begun to solicit patron feedback. School district officials say the survey of district households will provide insight into what residents think about the district and potential financing for staff salaries and benefits as well as additional safety personnel.
