Rockwood Celebrates 100th Day of 2025-2026 School Year
Tuesday, Feb. 3, marked the 100th day of the 2025-2026 school year in the Rockwood School District, and elementary students and staff members celebrated in style!
All around Rockwood, students and staff celebrated with100-themed clothing, art projects, fun 100-themed learning activities in reading, writing and math, a parade through the hallways and more! Check out some scenes from Blevins, Eureka, Kellison and Uthoff Valley, where fifth-graders also celebrated their 1,000th total day of school in Rockwood!

February is Black History Month, and schools around the Rockwood School District are celebrating with a variety of events, programs, hallways displays and other recognitions.

Rockwood received nearly 240 ROSE Award nominations this year, highlighting excellence of character, leadership, performance and extraordinary service to the dstrict.

The Rockwood School District earned the 2025-2026 Meritorious Budget Award (MBA) for excellence in budget presentation from the Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO). This is the 26th straight year that Rockwood has earned an MBA from ASBO.
