Rockwood Elementary, Middle School Students Compete, Have Fun at District Cross Country Meet

More than 1,000 Rockwood middle and elementary school students in grades 4-8 participated in the annual district cross-country meet at Crestview Middle on Oct. 24-25.

Seventh- and eighth-grade students ran 1.5 miles, and students in grades 4-6 ran a mile.

To assist with the events, members of our high school cross-country teams served as "rabbits," leading the racers around the course.

Congratulations to all of the students who participated, and thank you to our PE teachers for helping facilitate such an awesome event!
