Rockwood Launches Hiring Campaign Featuring 'Faces of Rockwood' Video Series
In the Rockwood School District, we are proud of the individual and collective efforts of our nearly 3,500 staff members, who go above and beyond each day to help ensure that our students reach their full potential.
One of the key components of the Rockwood strategic plan, The Way Forward, involves recruiting, attracting, developing and retaining outstanding staff to provide the best instruction and educational opportunities for all students. Our support staff members, who engage with our students in a variety of settings before, during and after school, are integral parts of fulfilling our district mission.
We feel that showing some of our outstanding staff members in action is the best way to convey the fun, fulfilling and rewarding nature of careers in Rockwood.
Over the next five months, we will feature the job opportunities available in Rockwood and the benefits involved with becoming a part of #TeamRockwood, centered on our “Faces of Rockwood” video series that highlights exemplary staff members as they perform their duties.
This month, “Faces of Rockwood” features Fairway Elementary Adventure Club facilitator Noelle Gebhart, who loves how Adventure Club staff members get the opportunity to interact with students in a fun, educational setting during before- and after-school activities.
Join us, as we showcase a crucial part of what makes Rockwood such a great place to learn and grow: our staff members!
