Rockwood Middle Schoolers Serve Up Fun, Competition at District Volleyball Tournament

All six Rockwood School District middle schools enjoyed a day of fun and competition at the annual district volleyball tournament Dec. 6 at Rockwood Summit High.

Co-ed teams from each grade level -- sixth, seventh and eighth -- competed in separate "X" and "Y" tournaments, with the teams playing each other in a round-robin stage before the top two teams faced off in a championship match.

Thank you to our Rockwood teachers and physical education coaches, who did a great job of preparing their students for a day of friendly competition involving teams from across the district!
