Rockwood Middle Schools Honor 2026 Glory of Missouri Award Recipients
Glory of Missouri Award recipients from Crestview, LaSalle Springs, Rockwood Valley and Wildwood middle schools were recognized by the Missouri House of Representatives at the State Capitol in Jefferson City on April 20, while awardees from Rockwood South and Selvidge were recognized at their schools on May 18 and 20.
The award recognizes 14 students from each school who represent the virtues that make up the "Glory of Missouri," which are engraved in the House Chamber. The virtues are Knowledge, Liberty, Equality, Law, Justice, Fraternity, Education, Progress, Honor, Truth, Virtue, Temperance, Enterprise and Charity.

More than 20 Rockwood educators were recently notified that they have been accepted into the one-year Ignite Rockwood Leadership program. The program is designed for educators who aspire to become a building or district administrator.
