Rockwood Offers Back-To-School Immunization Clinics for '24-'25

The Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services (DHSS) has a list of required immunizations for students enrolled and attending schools in the state. 

The Visiting Nurses Association will be providing these state-required vaccines for our students at upcoming clinics. These immunizations will be billed to your health insurance or provided free of charge if your child is not currently covered by insurance. Please complete the consent forms listed on the Rockwood Wellness and Health Department webpage and bring your insurance information to the vaccine clinic.

Clinic Schedule

• Sept. 3, noon-2:30 p.m. at Marquette High in the theater lobby. Click here to access the clinic sign-up form on ParentSquare.

Please note: If your child is in need of one of the required immunizations, you have already been notified. Only people with Rockwood ParentSquare accounts can access these sign-up forms.

Students under age 18 cannot be vaccinated without signed parental consent. Visit the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services site for more information on required immunizations for the 2024-2025 school year.
