Rockwood Schools Commemorate Veterans Day
Tuesday, Nov. 11, is Veterans Day, and schools around the Rockwood School District are showing their appreciation for the veterans and servicemembers in their communities.
Rockwood schools are hosting meals, assemblies, performances, parades and other festivities to thank our veterans and servicemembers for their service to our country.

Rockwood residents may file as candidates for the Rockwood School District Board of Education from Dec. 9 at 8 a.m. until Dec. 30 at 5 p.m. Election Day is April 7, 2026.

At the Nov. 20 meeting, the Rockwood Board of Education approved the 2027-2028 school year calendar.
