ROSE Award Ceremony Honors Excellence of Rockwood Staff Members, Community

Nearly 300 guests attended the 35th Annual ROSE Award Ceremony, which was held at the DoubleTree Hotel in Chesterfield on Sunday, May 5.

Rockwood Board of Education members, district administrators, teachers, staff and their families came together to honor those who show their dedication and commitment to serving the children and families of the Rockwood School District.

The ceremony featured Teachers of the YearCornerstone Award recipients, service awardees, retirees and ROSE Award recipients.

"This has been a great afternoon of celebration and recognition," Rockwood Board President Lynne Midyett said in her remarks. "It is an honor to recognize so many outstanding staff members for their service to our school district. I would like to thank all of you for joining us this afternoon as we celebrate the best of Rockwood. We appreciate your contributions and what you do every day to make our school district a great place for our students to learn and grow."

Congratulations to all of our awardees and retirees!
