The successful delivery of information is dependent upon accurate contact information.
Check your family's phone numbers and email addresses on the Infinite Campus Portal. If you do not have an Infinite Campus account, find out how you can get one.
If your contact information changes, please notify the school registrar immediately. Rockwood's automatic notification system receives an upload of student contact information each evening to ensure we have the most up-to-date contact information for our students.
Parents can receive two types of information via email messaging.
Emergency Messages from the District
Email will display the sender as firstname.lastname@example.org.
Emergency email messages will be delivered to all parent email addresses identified in the system, including home, personal and work email addresses.
Voice message recordings will always be the first priority in an emergency in order to reach parents as quickly as possible. Email messages will continue throughout the emergency situation to provide parents with up-to-date information.
Outreach Messages from a School
Email ID will display a selected individual/group at the Rockwood school.
Informational messages will be delivered to two email addresses: 1) the primary email address and the 2) secondary email address listed in Infinite Campus.
School newsletters will be delivered via our email system. Please look for the school banner on each outreach message.
School flyers will be delivered on Tuesday and Friday each week via email using Peachjar. Email ID will display the sender as email@example.com. Learn more about school flyers and Peachjar.
