We invite you to participate in our first Spring Virtual Parent-Teacher Conferences. Just like during our first semester, parents have the opportunity to conference with their child(ren)’s teachers either through email exchange or via Zoom conferences. We will hold our conferences on the following date and times:

- Thursday, February 25 from 3:30-7:00 p.m.
Once you access the document, simply look for your child's teachers and click on each of their names. This will take you to the teacher's Sign Up Genius where you will select the time for your conference. Each of your child's teachers will send a follow-up email by 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 24, sharing a Zoom link to the conference session to those parents who have made appointments.
As a reminder, conference appointments will be brief, 7 minutes in length, in order to accommodate as many parents as possible while still allowing time for discussion. A limited number of slots are available, so we ask parents to focus on courses where you have questions or concerns with your child’s progress when signing up for Zoom conferences and utilizing email as a means to check-in on courses for which you do not have questions or concerns. We ask that multiple parents for the same child do not sign up for separate appointments with an individual teacher.
If you are unable to secure a conference time with a teacher, please contact that teacher to make other arrangements. We will accept sign-ups for conferences until 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 23. After this time, you must contact individual teachers to receive the Zoom link for conferences.
*If your availability changes and you are no longer able to attend your conference appointments, please cancel your appointments through Sign Up Genius to free up those slots for another parent.
