then per my e-mail earlier today, student or parent needs to submit ticket (per below) & take it to the Summit exchange/repair desk. (And not to bring charger, unless told to do so.)If charger is lost or broken:

RSD passwords must contain 3 of the 4 categories of lowercase, uppercase, number, & symbol (!, @, #, etc.), can't include any part of the user's name, & must be different (even by just 1 character) from any RSD password they've used in the past year.
If password problem can't be fixed at id.rsdmo.org
, then the user should call Help Desk at x31111, a.k.a. 636-733-1111.If Chromebook is acting weird (e.g. Zoom is unreliable, Chromebook seems generally slow, etc.) but isn't obviously physically broken, student should please try the following..
1) Enter the following in the Chrome address bar...
...then click the "Reset" button.
2) Do keyboard combination CTRL-SHIFT-BACKSPACE, click "Advanced," choose "Time Range" of "All Time," checkmark all the boxes, then click "Clear Data."
3) Enter the following in address bar...
...then click the blue "Chrome OS Settings" link, which should begin any avail. updates.
4) When the Chrome update is done, or if there aren't updates available, do a "hard reset": hold down the "refresh key" then tap the power key which will restart/reboot the Chromebook immediately
