Each parent or guardian from the primary household will have their own separate account, tied to the email address on file in Infinite Campus for that parent.

First Time Use

1. Visit the Clevr portal login page.
2. Use the "Forgot password" link.
3. Enter in your username, which is the email address on file for you in Infinite Campus.
4. An automated message will be sent to this email address.
5. If you cannot find that automated email message, use the search function in your email program to find messages from notifications@weareclevr.com.

Filling Out Forms

The Guardian Forms section provides an easy way to access forms that are assigned to you and your students. If you click on the student's name you will instantly be able to complete this form.

Forms are made up of Tabs and Fields. Tabs help to organize information and make it easier to complete the form efficiently. Fields are the building blocks of forms—they let you input data which is automatically saved as soon as you click outside the field. There are lots of field types that you may encounter on a form, for example checkboxes, dropdowns, free text, radio buttons and so on. Most forms will include instructions on the first Tab to help guide you.

Automatic confirmation emails are not sent for submitted forms. To verify that your form has been submitted, simply click on the same form to reopen it and you will see the submitted date in the date field.
