Marquette High AFJROTC Instructors Earn 'Outstanding Instructor' Honors

 Marquette High AFJROTC instructors smile at the schoolMarquette High Air Force Junior ROTC (AFJROTC) instructors Senior Master Sergeant Dr. Gary Wamble and Major Terri Zuber both earned 2022 AFJROTC Outstanding Instructor Awards from the United States Air Force.

Senior Master Sgt. Wamble and Maj. Zuber are among nearly 200 instructors to earn the honor this year, representing the more than 2,200 AFJROTC programs around the nation.

"Those recognized represent the 'Best of the Blue' we have in AFJROTC," Col. Johnny McGonigal, national director of AFJROTC, wrote in a letter. "I extend my deepest appreciation to all winners for their dedication, hard work and investment they have put into our AFJROTC program and into our cadets."

AFJROTC Outstanding Instructor Award recipients exhibit exemplary contributions and impact on their cadets, schools and communities, as well as representing the highest examples of the Air Force core values.
